You have been chosen as Teammate-Of-The-Quarter for Third Quarter 2001. Dan, you have the distinct honor of having received more “Great Customer Moment Pat-On-The-Back” cards than any other Montana Ace Teammate! That is impressive and truly worthy of special recognition. Of course, there are those “in the know” who believe that it’s just a cover for your “dating service”! Seriously, you clearly have a very intimate understanding of our culture at Montana Ace, and that Legendary Customer Satisfaction is something that we all need to excel at every day. It is, after all, what makes Montana Ace Western Montana’s favorite hardware store, hands down! And you, Dan, make it happen at Montana Ace Eastgate each and every day to a superior level. As Department Manager of the Paint Department, which is certainly not the easiest of departments to manage, you have it running like a well-oiled machine. And you are quite competent in all other departments of the store, too. You have become a true Hardware Professional! You are a terrific asset to the Eastgate Team, the Montana Ace Team as a whole, and to the Missoula community. Be as proud of yourself as we are of you! Congratulations again, Dan! You’ve certainly earned it!
